Policies

General:
This is the website of Radio Social, LLC (Radio Social). Radio Social welcomes all guests without prejudice to age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, gender and otherwise. These House Rules enter into effect as of 8/21/2017 and may be modified from time to time as management sees fit.  These rules relate to the admission, conduct, and safety of all guests. Please read and respect the policies listed below. Individuals not adhering to the policies and guidelines will not be admitted into Radio Social or may be asked to leave.
Age Restriction
Only individuals over the age of 21 with a valid form of photo ID may enter the premises.  However, individuals under the age of 21 may be accompanied by a parent/guardian over the age of 25 from opening hours until 9pm both weekdays and weekends. Individuals will kindly be asked to exit the premises at 9pm or anytime thereafter if discovered to be under 21.
Identification
In order to consume alcoholic beverages, you must establish that you are at least 21 years of age. You must have a valid identification card issued by a state or governmental agency containing your photograph, date of birth, height, sex, and eye color. Radio Social is unable to accept forms of identification that are expired, cracked, altered, or damaged in any way.  Our establishment does not issue stamps or wristbands. Please be advised you may be asked at the door, and again at the bar to show your identification.
Smoking
No Smoking on the premises, including vaporizers and electronic cigarettes. No pipe, cigar smoking, snuff or chewing tobacco. Smoking is only allowed in outside designated areas. Signage and other means of way finding are clearly marked, or you may ask an employee for the designated smoking area.
Parking
The parking lot and access road (Carlson Rd) is a private drive. You park there at your own risk. Radio Social is not responsible for any damage, or injury that may occur while accessing the street or utilizing the parking lot (s).
Excessive Alcohol/Unruly Behavior
Radio Social is a non-violent and safe environment. Any individual who is seen by management, at the management’s discretion, to be disrupting the peaceful enjoyment of the establishment may be asked to exit the premise. Additionally, at the discretion of the bartenders staff or management, individuals who are extremely inebriated appear to be inebriated may be cut off from additional alcohol service, asked to leave the premise, and a cab/ride share called to ensure their safety home. Moreover, individuals who arrive at the entry that appear intoxicated or unruly may not be allowed into the facility at the discretion of the general manager on duty.
Loitering
Loitering on these premises or in the adjacent parking areas is strictly prohibited.
Outside Food & Drinks
Unless provided express written consent, or allowed through a party or event contract, food and beverage not prepared and/or served by Radio Social are strictly prohibited. Violators will be denied entry, or asked to leave.
Dress Code
Appropriate, clean attire is required. Radio Social reserves the right to modify the dress code guidelines for any reason, including or due to local or seasonal conditions or special events.
  • Persons wearing torn or soiled clothing will be admitted at the discretion of management
  • No hats, clothing, jewelry or visible tattoos with offensive language or imagery
  • Shoes and shirts are required
  • Sunglasses may not be worn inside the premises
  • Clothing which exposes underwear or excessive portions of the skin, which may be viewed as inappropriate is subject to management’s discretion
  • No percieved evidence of gang affiliation
  • First Responders, Military and Veteran Motorcycle Associations, please provide proper identification if in riding apparel. No offensive patches on riding apparel.
  • No Open Carry of firearms permitted except by active duty sworn law enforcement personnel
Use of Furniture, Equipment and Games
The use of furniture is solely for the intended use of seating and lounging. For example, jumping or falling onto furniture, carving/etching names, kicking, punching, placing shoes, or food and beverage is strictly prohibited and subject to removal from the premises. Utilizing games, including bowling, coin operated, paid and non paid lawn games in a manner that is unintended and that can cause disrepair or breaking of equipment is strictly prohibited and subject to removal without refund. Bowling shoes are only to be used inside the premises. Individuals are required to switch shoes or utilize booties should you need to exit and re-enter the facility.
Photography
Photography is promoted. Please do not interfere with the enjoyment of the facility for others while recording video or taking a still image. We ask that any published photography or videography at Radio Social be tagged to include our social media page depending on the medium
